      Shipping Policy

      All orders will be despatched within one business day of the order being placed.  Orders placed on weekends or on Public Holidays will be despatched on the next business day.   

      We offer free Express Postage within Australia for all orders over $100.

      Orders under $100, within Australia, will incur a $10 fee for regular post.  Express Post $15 (for orders under $100).

      Free pickup in Perth, WA (Stirling).  Contact us via e-mail debbie@jamboandco.com to arrange pickup, or we will contact you via the details you enter at checkout.  All orders are to be collected within 7 days of the order being placed.

      To honour social distancing rules due to Covid, your delivery will no longer require a signature for delivery, or collection.  Your purchases will now be left at your door by Australia Post.  Jambo & Co is not liable for any lost, damaged or missing parcels.

      International Orders: 

      We are now shipping to:

      - New Zealand:  Standard Shipping - $15.  Express Postage - $30. 

      - USA:   Standard Shipping only - $20

      Rest of the world:  not available at this stage. 

      Delivery times:  Please refer to the Australia Post website for current estimated delivery times.  All orders are shipped from Perth, Australia using Australia Post.
