      Please ensure you read the information below before sending an item back to us.

      If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item/s you have purchased.

      Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for Full Priced (or promotionally discounted) items.  We do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale (Clearance) items.  

      If you have an item/s that you want to return, please contact us at  We will e-mail you a returns' form to fill in and return with your item/s.  

      Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

      Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Jambo & Co.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. 

      EARRINGS - For hygiene reasons, change of mind returns for earrings are not allowed.

      BATH AND BODY PRODUCTS - For hygiene reasons, change of mind returns for bath and body products are not allowed.


      Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and, once cleared, your refund will be processed (excluding the original shipping cost).  If the item was originally sent to you with free postage, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. 

      We will endeavour to process the refund within one business day of receiving the returned item, but please be mindful that it may take 2-3 business days to arrive in your bank account.  Paypal refunds take 3 - 5 business days.

      We do not refund return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.  In this case, please include a copy of the Invoice for the shipping costs with your return, but please follow the steps below first. 


      We check every item very carefully before we ship it, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at and send us a photo of the faulty item before sending it back to us.  We will assess the item and advise you how to proceed.
