The Venda bracelets are handmade by the Venda community in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. They were originally crafted by the Venda men who wanted to impress the women of the village and to make them look beautiful. Unmarried women would wear one bangle and, once married, she would wear many, on her arms and ankles.
These bangles do not stretch, dull or tarnish. You need never take them off at all. In fact, they become softer and shinier with time. Mix and match the plain bangles with the bobble bangles of the same colour, or, you can even mix and match colours. The more the merrier in order to make a statement.
Made from fine copper wire.
